Maybe silence carried a huge over tone to what you didn't want to remember.

From my truth,

Say for instance, for me my protectiveness carried a huge over tone in what they(alters) didn't want to share because of being loyal a certain lifestyle such as christianity and guilt//shame. Also the need to be brilliant and not wanting to learn about being disconnected because that meant freedom and being consdcensing....We didn't let ourselves be okay enough and folks agenda ruled us. We became the master mind at the agenda that ultimately isn't healthy for anybody getting them to share when reading it is a pleasure. The root of it must involve what is important not what people wanted, their agenda....
