Thank you, Marylin, this is a great response! I agree 100%, a meat-free diet doesn't always feel attainable because it seems animal is in everything we eat. It's unfair to both us and to the animal. I'm still learning about the dairy industry, I'm so shocked and appalled from what I've heard so far. Milk is in almost everything so that'll be even more difficult but I suppose there are the substitutes; coconut milk and I think soy milk...
