my T suggested I have this at our last session, has not officially changed my notes but was basically asking my thoughts on it and was suggesting he would update my notes with this.

Why does that matter? every site I've read about it, says if you think you have it, talk to a mental health professional, not a speific type, he also says social anxiety which I know I have. I've known that aspect for years. He likely wont update anything. AvPD really does fit me down to the touch issues and fear of being close to people in relationships etc.
