This time it does not have to do with me, I'm fine. But my son is really struggling. He was taken off his zyprexa cold turkey a week ago. He is barely eating barely sleeping and is having suicidal urges. I was upset when his Pdoc took him off it without titrating down, but he said it was fine. He has been going through very bad withdraw. So I called the pharmacist and explained what was going on. He told me to cut his dose in half for a week and then have him take half a dose every other day for a week. I hope that works, cuz these side effects are brutal. I would way rather have issues than watching him go through this.
