They're not saying I'm doing a bad job. I think they realize that the time I spend even though I'm still pretty darned quick, is giving them more precise information. She said its nothing to do with me, its all about money. For them to have someone full time in my position it needs to be an MA. I guess they weren't thinking ahead when they decided to hire a phlebotomist. I'm sad. This really sucks.
