I don't think this is vitamin d or even necessarily light related because I work graveyard shift anyway.

I really feel like my depression intensifies or gets better depending on wether or not we are on standard or daylight savings.

I always seems to dip into a downward spiral around August and September and then it gets pretty hardcore around October(barely leave the house and sleep alot).

Then around mid January I can feel myself getting better. (More awake and motivated) and i know in March and April my mood will be at a peak(highly productive, leave the house a little, I might even socialize). In May and June I will level out (mildish depression and anxiety).

Can anyone relate to this?
