Be is right. Some of those symptoms aer those of diabetes. The pins and needles feeling can be caused by carpal tunnel syndrome or by problems with the nerve sheaths in your fingers. It's called nueropathy. There is medicine for the nerve sheath problems though called Lyrica and it works wonders.
