The arrangement of my bedroom has put my bed right beneath the heating duct in the room. Basically the hot air blows on me all night. It makes me dry and nasally. There's a lot of thick mucus involved and dry eyes. My kids get blown on by their heating vent and have also been sick for along time. I assume they are suffering similar symptoms as I am...sore throat, thick mucus, congestion, and now a painful chest from coughing. Any suggestion as to what I can do??
