I kinda can relate to his. For me, it tends to hit more around October/November, and lasts until April/May. It depends on my depressive episode. I've had it hit in February before, but I think that is because of my brain chemicals being out of whack after coming off my antidepressant 3 months prior. This would be seasonal depression. I am not sure if I have seasonal depression or not. My depressive episodes seem to be all over the place.
