I don't know if it's related to the area you live at. For me I tend to get anxious and depression around March and April. And then after that I feel below "so-so" until around October. I feel more down when it's very warm than when it's cool or cold. I guess I feel the way I do around spring because, over the years, bad things have happened at that time.

Today is a nice, cold, blustery day for the area where I live. There are thick passing clouds that are nice to look at. I would feel much happier right now if I didn't have to take my car in for service this morning (see Daily Check In).

When I used to live on the east coast I would be very happy in the spring because I loved it at that time there. Summer would depress me. Fall was alright and winter was so-so.
