I can relate. Winter is a time where I am prone to cycling between mixed state and depressive episodes. When mixed, I get especially restless, and it is so cold, so I feel that I do not know what to do with myself. I am trying to do yoga every once in a while, which helps slow down my breathing. I am not disciplined enough to do it all the time though, since I am so distractible when in a mixed state. Hugs I know it's hard.
