yes i am sure she is cutting the sessions short after a flashback. Could be a distortion of time also.

hmm ... wondering why she hasnt gone much over coping skills - except breathing and writing.

wondering why it is so intense after and not during? because i feel out of control sometimes afterward.

yes it is overwhelming at times.
