This happened to me months and months when I was changing medication. My mom kept me home though but no med helped until seroquel which made me feel sedated and tried all day. So I reason that I have to feel sleepy all the time to decrease the time of the psychosis. But yes this can happen unfortunately. I suggest maybe trying different meds, coping mechanisms and talking to your treatment team maybe. Maybe loud music with headphones?

I’m glad that you are receiving help and that you have some insight. It’s better to have some than none right?
