So it had me wondering whether others have effective responses for dissociative episodes. Like maybe jogging, or something. I think my new therapist said something about drinking a large glass of cold water... but maybe that was for anxiety.

when ever possible I row my canoe around the area lakes and bays, sometimes traveling to get to a lake. in the winter my wife and I get season passes to the skating rink. other things I do is light candles, or raid my spice cupboard, peal an orange or onion....
