I just cancelled my dentist appointment that was supposed to be 3:00-4:30. It has started sleeting very slightly :-) here (1:00) and is supposed to get worse as the day progresses and last Thursday I got caught in sudden freezing stuff and was sliding around in my 4 wheel drive Explorer. But they were so kind at the dentist's wanting to know what was happening and relaying the information (like I have a clue and am not making half of it up?) to the others. They work late on Tuesdays apparently.

I am not in the mood for an hour and a half dentist appointment today and have also been slightly worried all morning about the weather and don't know which is uppermost. I feel like it's a bad idea not to go just because I don't feel like it and like I'm using the weather as an excuse. One weather report says only possible "showers" until 7:00 and another says 100% sleet and freezing rain, 1:00-4:00 and then things get worse. If nothing much happens with this stuff before 4:30 when I would have gotten out, I'm really going to feel bad about myself.
