Not a movie but the show Shameless(us) has 2 characters, a mother and son who are bipolar and one does have financial issues. She's only in several episodes. But the show is the most realistic depiction of bipolar I have seen, both have it but both show it in different ways. And they are far from able to afford proper Healthcare.
