I feel I also experience both short-term and longer-term burnout.
The longer-term burnout is a burnout stemming from my traumatic childhood and earlier life. I "hit a wall" back then, in my early 20's and have never fully recovered. (I deal with CPTSD.) I now get stressed very easily, compared to my resilience years ago.

I find exercise helpful.
I find a balanced life helpful.
I find setting healthy boundaries helpful.
I find supportive friends/acquaintances helpful.
