I find the money issue (or lack of) annoying too. I just finished a book called "Mental: Lithium..." Once in a while it mentions having trouble finding money, but mostly it's about her manic episodes and she jets to various locations, lives in New York City without a job and spends money on ridiculous things--all without financial consequences. It would be a lot easier to cope with bipolar if money were no object.
