Please dont be so hard on yourself, I have been unstable all my life, I have raised my kids to the best of my ability and they are stable, loved and well balanced .... You could have the operation reversed.....I'm sorry if this is the wrong advice, but you are not too old ..... I'm so sorry you are feeling like this
