I like dried powdered stevia leaves instead of extract, but l tend to like things more robustly flavored, like black coffee, or espresso with plain unsweetened cocoa powder in it. Delicious. The green stevia leaf is actually really good to chew on and eventually eat completely. Supposedly it's good for digestion and the other components of it are supposed to have health benefits. Dunno. I like stevia sweetened sodas too. An ex-friend grew a few stevia plants and I'd sometimes ask for a leaf.
I try to avoid milk overall, because our bodies aren't made to consume it. The protein and fat components of cow's milk are dangerous in some situations even. Goat's milk cheese is much easier on my digestion. But I try not to consume much of anything from the dairy dept.
Someone relentlessly suggested vegetarianism and another veganism until I asked them, "if I eat a fruit, am I eating a plant's baby? Plants are sentient too." Maybe they both gave up at that point but either way it stopped.
I ate rice flavored with thyme and sage for dinner after the gym. Filling, no cholesterol, easy to make, and easy on my stomach. I used to have terrible stomach issues until I lost weight and stopped eating so much dairy and almost all fast food.
