My Nurse (CPN) is retiring in March. He just informed me today. Says it's a phased retirement ie working 4 days 3 days etc. I have another appointment with him end if Feb. I'm stressing out and have been crying. He's like my life line. He says I'm probably going to have to be discharged as there isn't enough staff to cover. But says I'm top of the list to get another nurse. I'm really unsure about this. I've had him since I was diagnosed. Says it's good I'm still seeing my community worker as she'll be able to see me when he can't or when I don't have a CPN. Says if I need anything at all I'm to call and if he can't see me someone from on call duty and crisis team will see me. I'm back on meds been off them for 2 months... but I'm struggling with most things.

Anyways just needed to get off my chest
