Just finished a 63 minute long FitnessBlender Pilates routine. Feeling quite low mood-wise today, so I needed something that was low impact but required total concentration. Pilates was an awesome choice. I'll post the workout in case anyone is interested, all you need is an optional exercise mat. 3/5 on the difficulty scale.
