I've been reading this type of information for many years, and it continues to prove to be true. I am an advocate of eating healthily, first adding nutritional foods that a diet is lacking, and then eliminating the non-foods. We are a chemical being, and not feeding the body with nutrition that it requires does seem to only allow for more things to not work properly.
It would be good if nutrition was the only solution we needed, but alas, I think we are beyond it being just one thing!
