I think she is very resilient and also her family. My own family didn’t like the diagnosis when I was diagnosed at 7 I think, but it was a relief since now proper treatment could start. I think that’s why jani’s parents looked for a correct diagnosis. I hate how people say it’s the parents fault, since that is anti wellness and is very ignorant and 1950s thinking. I’m glad she is doing better nowadays. Our symptoms are very different in terms of types. So I can not relate to certain things. But when you are young and experience schizophrenia you don’t know any different. I do hear voices and experience seeing things. But not like how she sees things. I think the full blown visual girl and animals are very interesting. She doesn’t have the typical symptoms. Like the disorganized speech and thought, typical of cos. But I don’t live with her so i don’t know all of it. But she is a very interesting person, and I’m glad she copes well with her illness.
