Yesterday I took some cold meds that had DM in them and I have never freaked out like that before. It was like a panic attack that lasted over an hour. And horrible flash backs from from a time in my life that was very traumatizing. I took so many PRN's and still felt like hell. I didn't want to sleep alone, so I crawled in bed with Bowie ( my 8 year old). We cuddled and that calmed me down and I was finally able to sleep. I am never touching that shiit again!
