Today is Day One ... please concentrate on <u>that</u> and not on any days in the Past. Honey, none of us can change the PAST! But we <u>can</u> change the FUTURE when we <u>learn</u> from the Past. LIFE is a marathon, Kiya, not a sprint! All you can do is try to put one foot in front of the other, try one minute at a time, and keep trying to move forward!

You can do it! You've already started ... today really is the first day of the rest of your Life. When you need help, show your STRENGTH. Come here ... your friends will help you! And, IMHO, so will the Big Guy. All YOU have to do is ask and TRY ... nobody can ever ask more of you, Honey. Just TRY!
