Just finished a FitnessBlender upper body + kickboxing routine, 37 minutes total. It was my first time doing this one and I LOVE it.

Got a good sweat going and felt so relaxed by the time the cooldown was finished. I'll post in case anyone is interested, you don't need a single piece of equipment and it's a 3/5 on the difficulty scale.
