I wish I had an answer for you. I feel this way often. It usually ends up turning into a depression for me but like you, I have times when my mood seems okay but I still have no motivation to get things done.
Do you feel overwhelmed by things that need doing? That is also part of my problem. I feel so overwhelmed by all of the things I need to do that I don’t know where to start and don’t end up doing anything. My therapist suggested setting a timer for 10-15 minutes and just do whatever I can do in that period of time. Perhaps something like this might help?
