Good you have someone to talk to about this and someone who is looking at the bigger picture.

Coping with anxiety is a bit of a game of hide and seek. Learning to read your bodies responses to stress and food and sleep and everything else that contributes to our mental wellness. Learning specific skills and habits and sometimes changing thought patterns and other behaviours.

You might want to see if your school has any supports for people with anxiety and stress issues. When I worked for a college we used to run regular workshops and relaxation sessions during test times. We also had peer and Elder support services for one on one buddy supports.

The sooner you get a handle on your stress and anxiety the easier it will be to manage it when under extra pressure.
