Is it bad if I try to imagine people being there for me when I'm having a hard time? It makes me feel good when I do this. Am I just suppressing my negative emotions by doing this? I know it's not good to supress your emotions. I was told that you should express your feeling and not hold them in cause it's not healthy for you. I'm just confused right now and I don't know what to think. I'm just trying to make all the negative feelings go away but maybe I'm doing it wrong. I'm really confused with everything.
