I have the same problem, although it used to be way worse as a kid. I would see someone just standing in my room while waking up from a bad dream. It doesn’t happen very often now. Now most of my hallucinations are auditorial. Do you have sleep apnea or even narcolepsy? They can cause hallucinations. I’m sure other sleep disorders can too, and yeah meds may also play a part in it.
