Who would have thought it... this is my problem with my T right now too... he calls me "distant", other T's say I have trouble identifying emotions. My current T is a nut... I wouldn't have thought this had stuff to do with being a survivor of abuse, but it does make sense.

So yes, I have trouble pinpointing how I'm feeling.
