I didn't get EMDB Therapy scheduled today & now I'm feeling anxious about doing it. Scared to trust another person with my traumas. It might not work for me. I don't expect to be cured. I would just like to find some better coping mechanisms so I can live with these involuntary physiological/emotional trigger responses. Seems EMDB is more successful with single trauma vs multiple trauma survivors. Have any of you experienced EMDB?
