I’m sure other sleep disorders can too, and yeah meds may also play a part in it.

Im thinking it’s possibly REM sleep behavior disorder. I would like to be tested for sleep apnea though. I used to think I️ was developing Narcolepsy, but I️ found out I️t was my meds. Once I️ switched them around I’ve been fine. I️ called my therapist today. I️ told her about getting into bed with my mom. My old therapist would have totally filipped out on me. But she was understanding and said “if I️t makes you feel better go ahead.”
