Thanks for sharing this. I enjoyed reading the quote from Brene Brown. I'm a follower of the writings of the Buddhist nun Pema Chödrön. And as I read the quote I thought... this could well have been written by Ani Pema. Truth is truth, I guess, wherever one finds it.
