Does anybody have any tips for dealing with your other family members who also have bipolar?

My brother is in town and he's driving me nuts. He has no consideration for anybody and says/does as he pleases. He will take my phone charger and not give it back simply because he doesn't want to get his out of his bag. Or he will try to boss me around. He's going to set me off and I don't like snapping at people, so I do my best to control it. But there's a thin line he's walking and he's about to go over it. He doesn't take his meds like he's supposed to either. He lies all the time about things too. Little stuff to big stuff .. doesn't matter he will lie.
