Well done on your two walks Starry, is it still snowy where you are?

Coco it sounds like you earned and needed a rest day after your workouts.

I got a 5k in this morning, first in a week, so slow and unfit but at least I got out there, my motivation is still low and I'm thinking about kick starting it by signing up to a half marathon later this year.

After today I’m taking a break....lol

MFP daily calories 1,233 and my Apple Watch steps 7,293. Water intake 48oz.

I worked out today for forty minutes. I think it’s great your doing the marathon
