Hi there

I was struggling with depression a few years ago - and I was just like you, all alone, with nobody to trust and to confide through. I know that all situations are different but I'll try my best to help..

Depression lies, it makes you believe that you're wortthless while you're not.
I don't think anyone has to feel worthless, really. Just like everyone else, you have strenghts and talents, and you should love and respect yourself for that. I have to admit that although I'm not depressed anymore, I still struggle with self-worth issues ^^'

Why not having try ?

One of the things that helped me through depression was to surround myself with positive vibes : listening to upbeat music, reading self-help books and articles. I also used to often watch TV series and play video games to keep my mind occupied and escape from the pain, and I happened to found surprisingly very positive and hopeful messages in some of them, which somewhat made me feel better.

If you don't have anyone to talk to in your entourage, have you every tried tot alk to a therapist ?

I don't pretend being able to help you, I'm just telling you what helped me pass through depression, but if by any chance it could be helpful for you, it'd make me happy
