Hi all, I'm new to this forum but I'm really concerned and need some advice. I have been struggling with anorexia since I was 13 (I am 20). Right now I am studying abroad and for a while I was doing okay, then I started limiting my intake again (stress is an ED trigger for me).
But for the past week, I have been eating normally all day and then bingeing on candy and bread secretly at night. I hide my food and only eat when everyone goes to bed. Is this BED?
