I am interested in how others deal with intense emotions; when you experience an intense emotion how do you resolve it? Not just avoid it - 'cause avoidance and suppression is bad m'kay - but actually resolve it, so that it goes away and never comes back to haunt you again.
How do you go about resolving:
Intense sadness - Despair;
Hatred;
Rage;
Fear & Terror;
and Jealousy;
I understand sharing personal information is not pleasant, but I will authentically appreciate help, because maybe whatever you do can be applied to me as well.
