I'm sorry I can't answer your question. But one thing I can mention is with regard to a newspaper article I read a while back. It said that one reason people often crave sweets during the evening is that the brain requires large amounts of energy to function. And the sugar in sweets provides a quick surge of energy at a point during most people's days when their energy levels are at a low ebb, so to speak. So perhaps this is at least part of what is causing you to binge at night? Of course I don't really know. But I thought perhaps it might be worth mentioning.
