150mg trazadone (wonderful, wonderful) + an obscene dosage of Seroquel and I’m out. I awake alert but try to eke out more sleep, usually unsuccessfully.

The sun is up and I have yet to take last night’s meds. I like feeling high, I suppose.

You might ask your PCP to begin you on 50mg of trazadone. I also took Ambien for 8 years but it nearly killed me. Even now, with the cumulative affects of many of the meds that I take, I must be careful when getting up from my bed... I often faint.

Good luck. Sleep can be a critical necessity.
