I just found this thread.
‘Diet’ as in ‘what I eat’?
All of my meals are canned, frozen or pre-packaged (and explicitly not for sale as individual packets).
I do use my stovetop for boiling pasta. And water. I boil a lot of water.
Those $2.50 Marie Callendar frozen meals, from 320 to 500 calories per meal, are delicious. When I have money, I buy the fudge Pop-Tarts for breakfast. A canned good for lunch, cauliflower and Cheez-Whiz for a snack, and the aforementioned frozen meal for dinner.
Now, being overdrawn at my bank, I’ve been on a crash-diet of instant oatmeal made with water and more pots of tea than I can count.
I run a BYOF establishment.
