almedafan, I'm sorry you've had some "rough" times in therapy lately, but those can be the sessions that really move us forward and help us grow and heal.

Sometimes T and I have "lighter" sessions and these can be really helpful, kind of like taking a "breather" between rounds in a boxing match, lol. You can sit back and just enjoy each others company and take pleasure in that, have some good feelings.

My T said to me once very early in therapy that I needn't feel like I have to "perform" for him while I was there. He meant produce meaningful, deep stuff every session. I guess because we had some early, very intense sessions, I was getting the impression I had to produce deep and dark stuff each and every time. It was reassuring to have him tell me I that isn't the way it has to be each time, because I was feeling pressure to "produce", like therapy wasn't useful if I didn't.

So I hope you can go to your session with T, kick back, chew the fat, enjoy your time, have some laughs and some closeness, connect over the light side for a change.

Good luck!
