I'm sorry you're suffering with this. Something my therapist has suggested I do is ask an insider to write something down. If it's something that wants to be known or clarified, that's one way to get at it. Other than that, it will be known (or not) in time. That's not much solace for you, but maybe it's a comfort to know you're not making anything up when emotions are that strong.

It is a comfort to have the validation that I'm not making this up.
I've been running around this for a while and I would like very much to step away from it, but I can't.
I've tried to open myself to journal about it, but that seems to be a circle of repeating myself too.
I will take comfort in your words and see what comes.
