That would be a nightmare. To ease back that level of bleeding go to your doctor and get a script for Tranexamic Acid. It should help in the short term. Talk with your doctor about how to proceed. There are a number of options but your medical history will be the best guide for your doc and gynae to go along.

An ablation may be an option, and a good one, but because the lining of the uterus is scarred during this process it can make it difficult to diagnose issues that arise further down the track.
