Bigbear, sorry you are having a rougher time than usual but as my mother used to say, "this too shall pass." I'm glad you have an appointment with your therapist this morning; I always looked forward to my appointments, especially when I was really struggling, for the hope that my T might say something interesting or comforting that would help.
