I get like that sometimes, it's usually triggered by something though. Like my brother was being veryy rude to me and I had put up with it for about an 1 1/2 hours before I snapped back at him that I had enough of his temper. My dad and brothers grew up in a violent home though, so I think it's a learned trait I picked up along the way. So usually there's a trigger for my anger outburst but sometimes there's not. I get irritated for no reason, which I chop up to the BP .. but the full blown anger is a learned trait for me.
