Oh I've been there, most recently as a few days ago. I've been having a tougher time than normal lately. I'm out of my routine a bit. My schedule and work load sort of sucks right now......I don't do well when I'm overwhelmed and can't control what I want to do. I find if I can find a smooth groove and stick with it, things are better. For me, it's sleep, diet, and exercise with meditation a few times a week.
