I know I have done this before, but this time it's for good....

I need to leave PC for my own healing .... thankyou so much everyone for all you have done to support me. I love you all very much. PC saved my life, I still stand by that and I mean literally ......

I am sorry for any trouble I caused, I hope I have helped a few, even if it's only one member, at least that would be something.

I hope some of my more upbeat poetry has inspired some and I wish you all the best in the future....
